Our promise

Every order is backed by a 30-day return policy and a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. If you're not happy, get in touch and we'll sort out a refund, replacement or exchange.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the ring should be in its original condition and, where possible, its original packaging.

• Change of mind returns are accepted within the 30-day window.
• Wrong size? We'll happily exchange it — just cover return postage and we'll ship the new size.
• Faulty or damaged on arrival? We cover everything, including postage.

How to start a return

Email hello@weekendsupply.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Lifetime guarantee

The Bottle Opener Ring is built to last. If it ever rusts, tarnishes or the opener fails under normal use, we'll replace it free. This covers manufacturing defects, not accidental damage, loss or normal cosmetic wear.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you're entitled to choose a refund or a replacement, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor failure we may repair or replace the item. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our 30-day change-of-mind window above is an additional goodwill offer on top of those rights.
